01 How is usage measured?
Each clinical note you submit consumes one run. The actual amount of work depends on the length and complexity of the note (token usage), but you don't have to think about tokens — we just count runs against your plan's allowance.
02 When does my billing cycle start?
When you upgrade from Free to Paid, your billing cycle starts the day you pay — you're charged on day 1 and then on the same date each month.
03 What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling switches you back to Free at the end of your current billing period — like cancelling Netflix. You keep Paid access until then and you're never charged again.
